Wiltek Maintenance Ltd was founded in 1995 by Wayne Wills after years of working in property and facility maintenance and management. The Wiltek team grew to provide the full sphere of maintenance services, including electrical, carpentry, handyperson and plumbing.

In 2017, Wiltek Maintenance Ltd was purchased by Total Property Services (TPS). The new business is named TPS Wiltek Maintenance Ltd and continues to operate out of Wiltek’s Cook Street offices, just five minutes from the TPS head office.

As with all TPS services, we have a strong environmental focus and support our clients in reducing their impact on the environment. We provide environmentally-friendly disposal of light bulbs and paint, and use environmentally-safe products wherever possible.
